How to prepare vegetable crumbs

First, soak the red beans for a few hours to remove the bloating. It is best to change the bean juice several times during soaking. Using beans is a matter of taste, you can use any type of bean, including red beans, pinto beans, or cowpea. But red beans make stew tastier, and pinto beans, because they are meaty, are mostly used to make bean dishes. But if you want, you can also use pinto beans and cowpea beans.
The second step is to prepare the vegetable crumbs
Finely chop the onion and fry it in a saucepan with a little
oil. After the onion softens, put the pieces of meat in a saucepan and fry with
the onion. If you wish, you can use mutton and bones to have a tastier stew
and, if possible, chop the meat into large pieces. If you do not have access to
red meat, you can also use pieces of chicken. Add salt, turmeric, and pepper to
the stew. After frying a little, add a tablespoon of tomato paste. Adding paste
is optional, but it helps to make the squash tastier. After frying the paste,
add the beans, and after frying all the ingredients, pour about a liter of boiling
water and reduce the heat to cook the stew.
One tip: it is better to add more stew water first so that
you do not have to add water again in the middle of cooking. Also in the middle
of cooking, if the stew water is low, it is better to pour boiling water and do
not add cold water to the food because it will harden the beans.
The third step is to prepare the vegetable crumbs
You can add crushed vegetables to the stew along with the
beans, but to preserve the quality and taste of the vegetables, add the
vegetables to the stew after the meat and beans are half cooked. If frozen
vegetables are used, fry in a little oil and add it to the stew. But if you use
fresh vegetables, chop the desired amount of vegetables such as parsley,
coriander, spinach, fenugreek, and leeks, and if you wish, other fragrant
vegetables very finely and put it on a gentle heat to make the vegetables water
and when water The vegetables are completely taken, add a little oil and fry
the vegetables in oil. Stir the vegetables constantly during all the frying
moments so that they do not burn. It is better not to fry the vegetables too
much so that they do not become bitter and black. Once it is ready, add it to
the boiling stew.
One tip: it is better to use fenugreek in small quantities so that the stew does not have a bitter state, and if you want the stew to be more colorful and thick, use more spinach. If you do not have spinach, you can use beet leaves.
The fourth step is to prepare the vegetable crumbs
Soak the Omani lemon in a bowl with boiling water to remove
the bitterness, and if you wish, you can remove the peel and core of the Omani
lemon and use the fleshy part of the Omani lemon. After the beans and stew are
cooked, add the Omani lemon and test the salt.
The fifth step is to prepare the vegetable crumbs
At this stage, put the pot containing two liters of water on
heat to boil the rice for cooking. After boiling the water, add the soaked rice
to the pot and bring to a boil. After the rice is half cooked, rinse it and
brew it.
Finally, check the stew glaze. If the stew was juicy and not
thick enough, it means that the stew does not fit, in which case you can
increase the heat under the pot to make the stew thicker, or if the stew water
was too thick. You can add a little boiling water and put it on the heat to
